Through the skills taught in our facility, children will develop a positive self-image through guidance and motivation from our coaches. We are committed to providing a fun and rewarding atmosphere at all times. The skills we teach are used to build healthy minds and bodies. Our objective is not limited to just teaching gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline and tricking skills, but to pass along life skills such as coordination, teamwork, leadership, strength, and determination. Artistic Gymnastics
Artistic gymnastics is a separate Olympic sport from rhythmic gymnastics and trampoline, with events including floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bars for men and floor exercise, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam for women.
Adults Gymnastics
Designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere.
Handstand
Learn the necessary equilibrium, core strength, and control needed to perform a perfect handstand.
Tumbling
Tumbling is the execution of acrobatic movements such as rolls, twists, handsprings, or somersaults on floor mats or on the ground. Unlike most other disciplines in gymnastics, tumbling does not involve the use of apparatuses.
Trampoline
Trampoline gymnasts get the biggest air, thrilling audiences with their high-flying exploits while athletes perform acrobatics bouncing on a trampoline.

Slackline
Dynamic class designed for all levels. You’ll learn the basics of balance, safety, and technique while progressing through fun and challenging exercises. Build core strength, improve coordination, and gain confidence on the slackline.
